Beweging 3.0 is a leading organization in the healthcare sector that celebrated its 15th anniversary with the event “Samen in Beweging.” During this event, the company introduced a renewed vision for the future of healthcare, with a strong focus on digital innovation and sustainability. This anniversary was not just a festive occasion but also marked an important step in the organization’s renewal and future-oriented strategies.
To celebrate the anniversary and launch Beweging 3.0’s renewed strategy, we created and executed the event “Samen in Beweging.” This event was designed to recognize and engage employees and volunteers while encouraging collective action, all under the motto of the “3 B’s”: bedanken, betrekken en bewegen. The goal was to take a meaningful step forward together toward an innovative and sustainable future in healthcare.
In the lead-up to the event, guests prepared for six central themes aimed at driving collective action. The program featured sessions focused on embracing change, interactive discussions to enhance engagement, and brainstorming sessions where participants could contribute ideas for the new direction.
Each session included a dedicated brainstorming moment, prompting attendees with the question: “What can you do differently?” To accommodate the continuity of 24/7 service, the program was offered multiple times throughout the day. The event concluded with a celebration of Beweging 3.0’s 15th anniversary, expressing appreciation for both staff and volunteers.
“Moving Forward Together” was not just a platform for sharing knowledge and fostering engagement; it also created a positive, collaborative, and celebratory atmosphere. The new strategic direction was not only shaped but also enriched with insights and ideas from both employees and volunteers. As a result, Beweging 3.0 is now stronger and more resilient, ready to confidently face the future challenges of the healthcare sector.
