Google Cloud Summit is the place where innovation and collaboration come together. A gathering where businesses, digital pioneers, and public leaders from the Benelux explore the latest cloud technologies. This year, Daymakers Group had the honor of hosting this impressive event at Theater Amsterdam.
For the Summit, we had a clear goal: to make a powerful, positive impact by updating customers on the latest developments and positioning Google Cloud as the go-to partner for digital strategy. We wanted to provide an inspiring and personal experience, using the reliable Next format as the foundation for maximum results.
Our sub-goals? 30% more participants than last year, a 70% attendance rate, an NPS score of +70%, and a sponsorship target of 100%. Most importantly, we wanted participants to leave with valuable insights, new connections, and practical skills.
The main theme this year was The New Way to Cloud, a pioneering concept showcasing the transformative power of Google Cloud by blending cutting-edge technology with human creativity. Guided by this concept, with engagement as the key focus, we crafted an unforgettable, interactive journey.
First, we developed a personalized digital platform for communication and content distribution before, during, and after the event. Upon registration, attendees received a personalized badge with a QR code, enabling real-time interaction during keynotes.
A dynamic, interactive pathway then guided them through Theater Amsterdam, where they explored the evolving cloud landscape in a hands-on and creative way, with Google Cloud positioned as the leading force in this innovative future. AI-powered photo booths completed the experience, allowing visitors to instantly share their journey on social media.

During the plenary sessions, we made a lasting impression with our Interactive Digital Decor (IDD). No dull presentations on a flat LED screen, but a three-dimensional, interactive stage design that immersed the audience in the experience. On a 500 m² curved projection screen, we showcased the latest Google Cloud innovations in 3D.
Guests of the executive program also attended the keynote, while during the breakout sessions, they followed a custom-tailored program at another location. The networking reception and closing keynote brought everyone back together at Theater Amsterdam!
